Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, Bubbles & Charm Soaps does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to make it right by providing a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution, depending on the circumstances.

Please review all product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a product before placing an order, we're happy to help.

Warm Weather Notice

Our soaps are handcrafted and may become warm during transit during hot weather. This does not affect their quality or performance. If your soap arrives warm, simply allow it to return to room temperature before use.
